But, after looking at many multi-level townhouses and condos over $1.5M with less than 1,800 sqft, I showed them this house (final showing before their return flight), which had more open livable sqft and wall area for their art, and was close to their friends. They loved it!
This property was listed $1,694,000 and we negotiated an $84,000 price reduction and, in addition, had the Seller address 22 punchlist items, which included $8,900 in sewer repairs. It's been a pleasure to have helped this very interesting and fun couple move back to the Seattle area!
