The Problem with Zillow in Portland (and Seattle)

Zillow uses an algorithm to determine property values.  This Zestimate uses public information and user data to figure out how much a home is worth.  The problem is, these Zestimates are not very accurate.  Zestimates are usually at least 5% off, which is a lot of money.
